We have all of the needed hardware you will need for your project, like brackets, steel posts, post caps, and matching gates and accessories. These 6-foot high steel panels require at least an 8-foot steel post. This will allow for up to two feet of the post to be buried in concrete. For best results, use 2.5-inch steel posts as end posts, corner posts, and gate posts and 2-inch steel line posts between panels. Typically, you will need one more post than the number of panels you are installing. Steel posts and other required hardware purchased separately.

Return Policy

To return a product based upon Fence Supply Source replacement/return guarantee, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Fence Supply Source will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Fence Supply Source. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Fence Supply Source. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Fence Supply Source Return Procedure will be breached and Fence Supply Source will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

Fence Supply Source will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Fence Supply Source charges a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.

Products being returned for a refund, must be received by Fence Supply Source prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.

Shipping

Due to size and weight limitations, this product cannot be delivered using regular shipping methods. The product will require shipping by truck with scheduled local delivery. Truck deliveries are delivered curbside. The driver will bring your order to the back of the truck, he is not responsible to get your items to the ground nor is he required to assist you bringing items indoors. Have adequate help for unloading your items. Be sure to inspect all items delivered before signing. If no comment is made on the delivery bill you sign, you will be accepting the delivery as complete and undamaged unless noted on the delivery slip.
